Marisa is a senior Creative Writing major at Seton Hill University, set to graduate in December. She enjoys writing literary short stories, poetry, and creative nonfiction, but is open to trying out a novel someday. Her favorite book is The Color Purple by Alice Walker, and she is also a huge fan of the Harry Potter series. In her spare time, Marisa enjoys traveling, rock climbing, and spending time in nature.

Emerging Writers
